The staff was helpful. They promptly addressed all my needs. The hotel restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The location was very convenient for exploring the area, as it was close to many attractions.
There was an odd, strong smell on the second floor, it bothered me a lot. My sheets had several stains. I think they were old but it was still gross to see. The breakfast was lacking variety. It was quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

I loved the central situation. i could reach many places easy. the staff was also very lovely and helpful. my room was always clean and fresh. It was like a DREAM.
the bathroom sometimes had a smell. the restaurant felt a bit crowded at breakfast, it was not a delight. the burnt oil scent in the parking garage bothered me A lot.

The hotel staff were very polite and cute. The hotel location near the river was great and easy to access from the airport express bus. The hotel provides a lovely area downstairs with a complimentary coffee lounge.
The cleanliness in the bathroom needed improvement. I found hair in the shower. There was a strong sewage smell in the room and it did not fully go away after airing it out. The restaurant area is very small, so breakfast time felt crowded.

My stay wasn't perfect. i found that the soundproofing wasn't great. I could clearly hear noise from the corridor. this was quite disturbing, especially early in the morning.
